Dover Street Market Ginza:

Tokyo’s Ultimate Multi-Brand Fashion Destination

April 8, 2025

Ginza is one of the most fashionable cities in the world, and at the center of it all is Dover Street Market. Originally from London, DSM is a concept store that now has just six locations worldwide—including this multi-floor space in Tokyo.

Each floor is divided into sections dedicated to different brands, and there’s no single cohesive vibe—but that’s kind of the point. Every brand has its own space and aesthetic, so walking through DSM feels like browsing a dozen small storefronts all in one place.

There’s something for everyone: popular streetwear labels like Palace Skateboards and Supreme, alongside designer brands like Prada and Loewe. It’s a great way to explore different styles and discover new favorites, since there’s just so much packed into the seven floors. If you want to plan your route, check out their floor guide for a full list of brands.

While it can feel overwhelming at first—and not everything will be your style—it’s still a fun experience for art and fashion lovers alike. There are installations and art pieces scattered throughout the store, and each floor feels a bit like a chaotic (but very cool) gallery space.

DSM is always up to date with the latest collections, so if you're after something fresh and fashion-forward, this is the place. It's also a great source of inspiration. The mannequins, the displays, and especially the staff (and most customers, honestly) are some of the most fashionable people we’ve ever seen. I usually feel incredibly underdressed—but in the best way.

Some of the most popular spots are the sneaker section and Lemaire (with the famous croissant bag) on the second floor, Comme des Garçons on the fourth, Supreme on the fifth, and Nike on the sixth. But really, there’s something interesting on every floor, so it’s worth exploring—you never know what you’ll come across.

One thing to keep in mind: all purchases here are final—no returns, no refunds. But if you’re coming to Tokyo ready to splurge a little on fashion, DSM is a must-visit.
